The formulas and tariffs below are regulated by the Monegasque government.

For: SARL, SCS, SNC without employees

Campus:
- 990 € BT/month
- Shared workstation (open-space) with personal locker
- Unlimited extension (as long as there are no employees)
Campus Plus:
- 1290 € BT/month
- Required after 3 years on Campus formula

BT: likely means “hors taxes” (excl. VAT), common in Monaco/France

For: Individuals (personal name) without employees

Monegasque Nationality:
- 300 € BT/month
- Valid for 1 year
- Special discounted rate: 250 € BT/month for the 1-year duration
Other Nationalities:
- 450 € BT/month
- Valid for 6 months from creation date
Continuation of the Start-up Contract:
- For personal or PCS activities
- Without employees
- Access to open-space
- Duration:
  - Unlimited for Monegasque residents
  - Max 3 years for non-resident

Personal Name B2C Activities – No Employees

Primo Resident:
- 550 € BT/month
Primo Non-Resident:
- 800 € BT/month
Primo Plus:
- 950 € BT/month
- Extension of Non-Resident Primo Formula
- Unlimited duration

Access: 1 day/week (to be defined) Every 3 years, the file is reviewed by DEE for renewal
